Our motivation

The idea for Jobsingermany arose from very personal and moving situations. Alen Mujkić, brings an inspiring story with him. With almost 14 years of professional experience, including over 10 years in HR and leadership roles as Operations Manager, Alen has managed more than 150 employees and hired, promoted and developed over 300 employees. This experience combined with his understanding of the cultural differences and needs of candidates makes him a bridge builder between professionals and companies. With a second residence in Sarajevo, he has made it his mission to find the potential of highly qualified professionals from the Balkans who cannot find a suitable job in their home country. These talents have academic qualifications, are highly skilled and motivated to make a valuable contribution in Germany – they need your and our support to turn an idea into an opportunity.Andreas Just developed a particular motivation to combat the shortage of skilled workers from a personal experience. When his mother had to wait nine hours in the emergency room after a stroke and later only one specialist and hardly any nursing staff were available in the stroke unit, she realized that the shortage of specialists was having a serious impact on patient care. This realization was the impetus to actively tackle the shortage of specialists. Patients bear the main burden. With their experience as Operations Managers and Key Account Managers and in close cooperation with the city of Wiesbaden, the economic development agency and the German government, Alen and Andreas launched this project. Their aim is to support highly qualified specialists in their search for the perfect job in Germany and thus not only alleviate the shortage of skilled workers, but also offer those affected a new professional and personal perspective. Together, we are building a bridge that enables sustainable success for everyone involved. It became clear that many highly qualified specialists remain in their home country, even though they would be willing to emigrate to Germany and make a valuable contribution here.
