The education authority of the state capital Wiesbaden is looking for an
Electrician in schools (f/m/d)
We are responsible for all school buildings in Wiesbaden. One of our core tasks is the construction and maintenance of school buildings. In accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, the regular testing of portable electrical equipment in schools is a mandatory task of the education authority. Due to the increasing number of these devices, we are looking for an additional specialist to support us in this task.
Your task
Inspecting, measuring, testing and evaluating portable electrical equipment (OEB) on site at the schools
Creating a risk assessment in accordance with the relevant regulations
Documenting the test results
Responsible for the regular inspection dates in consultation with the schools
Communication with the schools
Your profile
Completed vocational training of at least three years, preferably as an electronics technician or comparable, which qualifies you to perform the above-mentioned tasks
Several years of professional experience related to the above-mentioned tasks is an advantage
Ability to work independently and a confident and engaging manner
Negotiating skills and assertiveness
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
