The Department of Childcare Facilities of the Social Services Office is continuously seeking
qualified educators (m/f/d) with official state certification.

Due to the implementation of the „Gute-Kita-Gesetz“ (Good Daycare Act), we have vacancies with various working hours available in many facilities throughout the city.
In the 42 childcare centers of the state capital Wiesbaden, over 4,000 children are currently being supported in different forms of care such as crèche, preschool, mixed-age groups, and after-school programs. The childcare centers operate under modern spatial, material, and personnel conditions, using conceptual structures based on pedagogical principles like Montessori, FreinetPlus, and the Pyramid method.

We expect from you:
- Positive thinking, joy, and empathy in working with children
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to cooperate, for example, with regional institutions like primary schools and social services
- Interest in at least one of the three pedagogical principles mentioned above
- Proof of measles immunity or willingness to be vaccinated against measles
