Medical Assistant / Ward Secretary Trauma Surgery (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time or part-time medical assistant in the role of ward secretary for the trauma surgery department of the Helios Dr Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as soon as possible.

What you can expect

You will support the organisation and coordination of ward procedures

You will carry out IT-supported administration and secretarial tasks, administration of documents, organisation of transports

You register patients in the system

You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of examinations, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic measures

You manage the material

What you bring with you

You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification

Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position

You are confident in dealing with software and hardware (Office package, HIS, SAP, Porabo, etc.) or are happy to acquire the knowledge

You have a talent for organisation and work independently and responsibly

You have the legally required proof of immunisation against measles
